It was Rosie Rabbit's first day
All she wanted was to go and play
She had nerves swishing in her tummy
It made her feel a little funny.

But they all sat together and played

She felt alone and sad
The day had started pretty bad
all she wanted was some friends
But they were busy building dens
Little Rosie Began to cry and felt numb
She needed a cuddle from her mum
someone she knew loved her very much
She needed to feel that special touch
Jerry Giraffe saw Rosie Rabbit sad
He started to feel very bad
