Lying on her bed, the little girl

Gazed at the sky, so vast and wide

Her mother's voice, sweet and mellow

Filled her mind with stories untold

She closed her eyes and let her mind wander

To worlds beyond, where magic and wonder

Were the norm, and anything was possible

Where spells and potions were so irresistible

As she imagined these magical places

A faint knock on the window made her pace

To her surprise, a rabbit and a fairy

Were there, calling her to their world so merry

With excitement bubbling up inside

She took their hand, and off they glide

To a land where the grass was greener

And the air was filled with scents much sweeter
