Stuffed Eggs
Materials:
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation:
Boill eggs for 10 minutes. Crack egg shells and slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a bowl, and placing the whites on a serving platter. 7 g dry yeast or 20 g fresh,
400 g flour - preferably typ. 550,
a teaspoon of sugar and salt,
1 cup of hot water - 250 ml,
a tablespoon of olive oil for the cake +
about 20 ml of oil
Preparation
Place yeast, sugar and 50 ml of water in a tall bowl. Stir and cover for a few minutes with a cloth or paper towel. Choose a warm and air proof place. It is worthwhile to warm the oven slightly to a temperature not higher than 35 degrees (it should then be switched off). Under such conditions, the leaven will very quickly begin to froth. Do the same for fresh yeast.
Pour flour, salt, oil (1 tbsp) and the buzzing yeast and the rest of the water into a large bowl. Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes until it forms a compact ball leaving entirely from the edges of the bowl. Leave the dough ball in a bowl covered with a cloth for 30 minutes. Here I also recommend a way to a slightly warm oven. After this time, take out the dough on the flour-covered countertop and knead for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Make each one into a bullet. Pour 20 ml of oil into a bowl and soak your fingers in it. Take each bun in your hands once more, so that it is covered with oil. Place on the tray at intervals of about 5 cm, as the buns double out. Sprinkle each sesame. From forming the buns to placing them in the oven should take about 20 minutes. After this time, place the tray in the oven. Ingredients:
a few old buns
2 medium eggs
1/3 cup milk
teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons clarified butter l for frying
additives: cinnamon, fruit...
Preparation
Cut the buns into slices. Put two medium-sized eggs into a low and wide bowl. Also pour 1/3 cup of milk or your favorite vegetable drink (rice, soy, coconut, almond). Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar with real vanilla and mix thoroughly. Heat the pan. Put a teaspoon of clarified butter on it, too. Soak the slices on both sides in milk and egg liquid. Fry the toast to the blush. Serve fruit for toast

3 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter - about 30 ml
Preparation
