Carlos was Sarah's big brother, and they loved playing games together. Their favorite game was hide-and-seek!

One sunny day, Carlos and Sarah decided to play hide-and-seek in their house. They giggled because they were so excited.

It was Sarah's turn to be the hider.

Carlos closed his eyes and counted to ten before he began his search. First, he looked under the bed, but Sarah was not there.

Then he checked behind the door, but she wasn't there either.

Carlos could not find his little sister anywhere!

As Carlos entered the living room, he noticed something strange. Sarah's shoes were sticking out from behind the curtains! Carlos couldn't resist to give his sister a funny scare.

He tip-toed over to the curtains, trying hard not to laugh.

With a silly grin, Carlos lifted the curtains and shouted, "BOO!" But Sarah was not there! Instead, he felt a gentle tap on his back. Carlos jumped up in fright and let out a loud scream.
