"Ella, it's time to wake up, the bus will be here in 30 minutes" Ella's mom yells as Ella slumps out of bed.

"MMMMMM," Ella grumbles as she flops down the stairs.

"MMMMMM" Ella grumbles as her mom makes her breakfast.

"What's wrong, I thought you where excited for the first day of school?" Ella's mom asked.

"I was, but now I have butterflies in my tummy ... and I don't want to go anymore" Ella sighs.

"Well, the best thing to do is name your feeling.  Ella you're feeling nervous right?"   Asked Ella's Mom. "I think so" replies Ella.

"Beep, Beep" "The bus is here Ella, have a good day and remember, name your feelings." Ella's mom calls out as Ella runs out the door and to the bus.

When Ella got on the bus she saw many different people and felt sick again. Name your feeling Ella name your feeling, Ella thought to herself. 

When she got to school she went to find her cubby.  "Hello Ella" says Mrs. Bell, Ella's fourth grade teacher. "Hello Mrs. Bell" Ella replies in a mumble as she puts her stuff away.

Then Ella sees Chloe building a tower and Bryan zooming around the class room.  BASH! Bryan falls on top of Chloe's tower and Chloe starts to cry. "It's okay Chloe." Ella said.
