Today was  Halloween and Kayla was up early. 

Kayla rushed to Annabelle's room and yelled, "Today is HALLOWEEN!" 

Annabelle got freaked out after Kayla yelled, "Jeez Kayla don't yell in the morning." Annabelle said. 

"Oops, sorry," Kayla said.

 Kayla thinks if   Annabelle is not awake, then Leo must be awake.

Kayla ran to Leo's room and asked, " Hey Leo, what's today?" 

Leo said "Halloween?" 

"Yep." Kayla answered. 

"But it's too early. It is 6:48 A.M." Leo said 

"Bruh, it's 7:16 A.M." Kayla said correctly. "Your watch broke." 

"It did?! Oh no!" Leo cried. 

"Sorry dude." Kayla said. 

Kayla waited for their siblings to wake up. Meanwhile, she watches TV while she waits.

At 7:30 AM., Anna belle and Leo meet Kayla downstairs at the table. 

"So, today is Halloween? But, we don't have costumes yet." 

Annabelle replied, "Yeah, but I think Mom would get the costumes that noon but Halloween's not till nighttime."

Kayla said. "You're right, Kayla." Said Annabelle. "Annabelle, could you make us breakfast? Leo asked. "Sure," Annabelle said happily. 

Annabelle went to the kitchen to make breakfast.

Annabelle made for Kayla is eggs and bacon. 

For Leo she made pancakes, and, for herself she made waffles. 

Everyone ate breakfast and they enjoyed it. 

Mom and dad woke up and Mom asked, "Did you guys eat breakfast already?" 

"Yes mom." Kayla said. 

"Me and your dad ate breakfast in bed." Mom said. "Ok." Everyone said. 

Leo asked, "Mom, did you get our Halloween costumes today?"

"Oh, I didn't know it was Halloween today!" Mom said surprise. 

"You guys get ready. I'm going to take a shower." 

"I did." Dad said. 

"Come on guys!" Annabelle said. 

Everyone went to their room to change from their pjs. 

Kayla wears a pink dress with white shorts. 

Leo wears a dinosaur shirt with blue shorts, and Annabelle wears a violet shirt with butterflies and jeans. 

Everyone was ready to go to the Spirit Halloween! 

"Everyone make sure you have your water bottles." Mom reminded. 

"Yes mom." The kids said. 

"You are a scaredy cat, Kayla." Mom said. 

"I KNOW!" Kayla yelled.

"Ok, let's go." Mom said. 

Everyone got in the car. 

"I'm not scared of anything," Annabelle said bravely. 

"Yeah right, Annabelle." Kayla and Leo said. 

10 minutes later they arrived. 

"Omg, I see some scary decorations." Leo pointed out. 

"Yeah because Halloween is scary like AWOOOOOO!" Annabelle said.

"Bruh, do you think I'm a 5 year old who's scared? No." Leo said. 

They went inside the store. 

"Oh look, The Little Mermaid costumes! I would be Ariel, Leo, you can be Eric and Annabelle, you can be Ursula." Kayla said. 

"Bruh." Annabelle said. 

"Sure, I'll grab them." Mom said. 

"Hey Annabelle, I dare you to go to the Halloween tunnel." Kayla said.
