Once upon a time in the forest village of Bamunda, lived Basumba his two sisters Kirabo and Ssuubi with their parents  and many other people.

    The bustling village was full of life, joy and beauty all around it and everybody cared for the other. The children like all children anywhere in the world loved to play and always came out to play in the many  tiny tree houses.

     One day as they were out playing,Basumba spotted rabbits grazing. He motioned the rest to be quiet and get closer to the rabbits.

''Ssh, we need to be quiet,'' he said in a low tone. Crouching down on the grass; Basumba, Kirabo, Ssuubi and their friends Tonda and Tenji made their way closer to the rabbits.

        But then  suddenly Ssuubi had to sneeze.

 This, scared the rabbits that had grown in number to five.

  And off they darted back into the forest.

"Sorry guys, i just couldn't hold it any longer," Came Ssuubi's apology to the now sad faced children.

"But we can follow them to the forest," she added.

  And suddenly all the faces brightened up.

"Sure thing lets follow  the rabbits to where ever they are going, but we should not be gone for too long," replied Basumba as he led the way into the forest.

     Deeper and deeper into the forest the rabbits kept going, and occasionally stopping as if to see if they were being followed.

   The children kept pace not letting the rabbits out of sight.

        Panting and sweating, the children kept pace a few feet back from the rabbits.

    After a while, Kirabo asked that they take a break. They all gathered  under a huge tree and sat down for a moment.

 "Now we shall never  find the rabbits," Basumba said to the rest as he sat down.

"Maybe the rabbits too; have taken a break," added Tonda as Tenji motioned for them to be quiet.

"Ssh..., do you hear that? "

  "Hear what ?" They replied in unison.

"Be quiet and concentrate you will surely hear something,"he replied.

"All i hear are birds singing in the trees around us," Basumba said out loud to break the silence.

"Listen well, there is more than just birds sounds."
