Once upon a time, there was a loving dog named Spot who lived on a farm with his master.

Spot was very loyal and friendly, and he liked to play with the other animals on the farm. 

He especially liked to chase the mice that lived in the barn, but he never hurt them. He just wanted to have some fun.

One day, a cunning cat named Whiskers came to the farm. He was looking for a new place to stay, and he saw that the farm had plenty of food and shelter.

He decided to pretend to be nice and friendly, and he asked Spot if he could share his doghouse.

Whiskers waited until nightfall when Spot was asleep, and he sneaked out of the doghouse. He went to the barn, where he saw three mice nibbling on some grains.

They were brothers, and their names were Timmy, Tommy, and Teddy. They were very happy and carefree, and they did not notice Whiskers approaching them.
