The brain is like a school there are many different people or departments in one place, but they all are doing their own tasks or functions. 

The Hindbrain

The hindbrain includes: 

Spinal cord 

Brain stem 

Cerebellum

Cerebellum: 

 The cerebellum controls body movement and is involved with learning new movements 

- when you are skateboarding or hiking you are activating the cerebellum. 

The Midbrain

located on the upper part of the brain stem, 

the midbrain controls reflex movements- when they tap your knee at the doctor 

it also controls eye movements.

The Forebrain 

-The largest part of the brain 

-It mainly consists of the Cerebrum and structures underneath it 

The Cerebrum is made of two parts called hemispheres.
