Introduction

   Welcome to Middle School! I hope these tips and tricks will help you not be nervous and make the most of your first middle school year!

Lockers:

So, lockers are a bit different from cubbies and some schools have you use locks but they are really simple if you just know the code and remember right to your first number, left to the second number, and right to your last number in your code. Also, you can decorate however you want! I recommend putting in a shelf and a magnetic pencil holder!

Switching Classes:

Switching classes is pretty fun, but I recommend keeping a copy of your schedule in your locker just in case you forget which class you have next. This also lets you have different kids in your classes and allows you to meet new people!

Electives:

Electives give you a chance to choose a fun class of your choice and they are usually easier than your core classes. Most schools usually offer art, band, drama, or choir to choose from, but it just varies with the school you go to.
