I am so glad my letter found you. I hope you are safe in this awful war. I can Feel the seasons changing and the days are quickly going by. we are preparing the land for planting, it is strange here with out you. How are things for you?

I am as safe as anyone can be during these times of war. All around me there are craters of fire and fallen men. Sometimes I feel as though I am the next to die. The only thing that keeps me going is the though of coming home to you. How is the planting going this spring? I miss the soil and being there with you as our harvest grows.

I am sending you some seeds in this letter, I hope they grow for you. The locals call it the Heart Radish, it is said to increase ones life span.
