As I look out my window, the street below is bustling with laughter and music. I long to be out there, too, but my shyness feels like a heavy cloak wrapped around me. I can't help but wonder about all the stories happening right outside my window.

    Today, a new family moved in next door. I watch curiously behind the curtains, wondering what they are like.

    Mama hands me an invitation to a block party. My heart races with excitement, but I feel a bit scared at the thought of so many people.

    We all work together in the kitchen to make our special Mac and Cheese. I love how we laugh and share stories while we cook.

    As we arrived at the party, the loud music and crowds made me feel small and invisible. I stay close to Mama, watching everything.

  Then, a girl from next door asked if I wanted to play hopscotch. I hesitate, but something inside me whispers, 'Why not"?'

    I started to explore, joining in games, tapping my feet to the music, and tasting different foods. Each smile from others makes me feel a little braver.
