Ava's Sleepover
Diary, remember I said on Friday Ava is having a sleepover. And it's Tasha's house... Well, today is the day she's going. I feel sorry for her because Tasha is so rude. After school, I gave Ava a big hug to wish for her to break a leg for going to Tasha's house. Good thing I'm not! That will be so terrible!! Phew, no Tasha's house for me. I'm going home to play "Star Smash" with Bella, Nayal, and Hannah.
The fight begins!
The next day, when Ava came to school, she was mad. I tried talking to her. "Ava, why are you so mad?" I asked. Ava looked at me and sighed, "Ever since I had a sleepover with Tasha, we were fighting the whole night." Then, Tasha bumped into Ava and didn't even say sorry. "Hey! You bumped me," Ava yelled. "So? It's not a big deal," mocked Tasha as she walked past her. In class, they are still fighting!
Sent to time-out
Ava and Tasha were still fighting about the sleepover like crying over spilled milk. And since they are interrupting the class, Mrs. Anderson sends them to the hallway to think about their actions. They were back to back, not facing each other. They still didn't talk and I asked the teacher to check on them. She said yes, but only for a few minutes. I open the door saying "How are you guys doing?" "Good. And why are you asking?" Tasha frowned. I didn't say a word and closed the door because she might start a fight with me.
Poor Ava...
When it was recess, I saw Ava crying in the shade. I went to her and asked, "What's wrong, Ava?" Ava sniffed and stammered, "Uh, we have.. to uh.. stay in the.. um... office..." I saw Ava's eyes were red with tears coming out. I said, "Ava, if you want to, here's my notebook if you want to draw." Ava sniffed when wiping her tears, "Thanks, Mila." Now, I'm bored and chilly and I don't have a jacket. "Here, use mine, I'm not that cold," Ava smiled while handing her jacket to me. No wonder Ava wears this so much. IT'S SO WARM!
