Who doesn’t like Christmas? No matter if it’s about spending time with your family and relatives or just taking advantage of the free, lazy time, I haven’t heard a single person complain about Christmas coming. Even though Christmas magic is just a metaphor I still get goosebumps when I see people getting ready and the city light up in the night.
I don’t remember how I found out that Santa Clause doesn’t exist and I don’t know how I am going to tell my future children this. Anyway, I know a certain thing … that I want to tell you a story about a little boy named Ethan.
On Christmas night, the whole family goes to that festival and then they go to each other’s houses to get the presents from under the Christmas tree that Santa left for them. Ethan is a very curious boy and he had a burning desire this year to catch Santa. All his plans got ruined on Christmas Eve night. He discovered, while playing on his mom’s phone that she bought some of the presents he wanted that Christmas. He went to sleep angry because his beloved parents didn’t tell him about Santa not being real.
Before actually going to sleep he went to his little best friend, the golden fish Whatson and complained about his discovery. When sleeping he had a odd dream. Santa spoke to him. He didn’t see him, he just heard a voice, but he somehow knew it was the owner of the magic reindeers. “I am not a physical person. I am a spirit. And I am present in everyone’s souls who accepts me.”.
In the morning his family was in a hurry to leave for the Festival of Lights and Ethan was sleepy. Looking at the Christmas decoration, his little sister and parents being so happy and knowing what a beautiful day it’s going to be he gave up on taking his parents seriously.
Remember that Christmas is about happiness, peace and well-doing.
