Maria has always dreamed of being a teacher since she was little. Although school wasn't her best subject, her first-grade year was a bit chaotic. Surprisingly, in the middle of all that confusion, Maria discovered more about herself. While sitting in class, she had a unique realization—she started to picture herself as the teacher.

On a particular day, the teacher prompted each student to share their dream job in preparation for upcoming presentations. Responses ranged from fairytales to superheroes and princesses. When Maria's turn arrived, she confidently declared her aspiration to become a teacher. The people in the room made strange faces, but her teacher looked at her with understanding.
The teacher came to Maria with a friendly smile and said, "If you stay determined, you'll achieve all your goals." These words became like a guiding light, a saying that stuck with her. But Maria faced challenges too. During recess, her so-called friends doubted her dream, saying she could never be a teacher, and even if she could, she wouldn't be good at it.

HAHA!

Feeling the heaviness of their doubt, Maria started doubting herself. That night, she talked to her mom about the discouraging experience. Her mom, who is wise and comforting, told her not to let negativity affect her dreams. She reminded Maria to aim high, because she truly believed Maria could achieve great things.

The day of dream job presentations approached, bringing with it a surge of nerves. Maria was scared of what her peers would think of her presentation. Will my classmates mock me? Would they belittle my dream?

The next day came, and it was time for presentations. Maria felt really scared and went to her teacher, telling her she didn't want to present anymore. Panicking, she explained that she thought no one in the class believed in her dream. The teacher, sensing her worry, took Maria outside to talk about it.

While they talked, the teacher cheered Maria on, telling her to ignore what others think and to believe in herself. These words reminded Maria of her mom's good advice and boosted her confidence. Going back to class, Maria felt a bit nervous, but the support from her mom and teacher gave her the courage to face the upcoming presentation.
