Social change is the changes in human interactions and relationships that transform culture and social institutions. 

Not only is it important to recognize differences in skin color and ethnic backgrounds, but sexual orientation as well. 

Discriminating an individual based on their skin color, religion, sexual orientation is illegal regarding the workforce.

Third world countries like Venezuela do not have the resources to maintain a healthy life, and many people die. 

First world countries like the United States go over to these countries and provide food, shelter, medical, transportation services.
