Current Coral School

In the deep blue sea, there was a little fish named Poppy. She loved the sea, seeing all the wonderful sights. Poppy lived in a place called Current Coral! Current Coral was a big town in the middle of the coral reef. That's why they call it Current Coral. 

Poppy was going into 1st grade. She had so many thoughts. What will it be like? Will I make any friends?  As she swam into the building, a little fish named Marty, greeted her. "Hi! I'm Marty, I'm new here, do you know where the 1st grade class is?" 

"Oh." Said Poppy. "It's my first day here too, and I'm not sure where the 1st class is!" Marty understood, and asked Poppy if she wanted to be friends. Poppy and Marty asked another fish if they knew where 1st grade class was. 

Here is your class! 

"Do you know where the 1st grade class is?" Asked Marty and Poppy. The other fish looked at them and rolled her eyes. "Who cares. I already know where it is, and why should I tell you?" Just then, a kind mermaid led Marty and Poppy to there Class room!

Once everyone arrived, the teacher came in. To Poppy's surprise, it was the same mermaid that helped them find their class earlier!

Show and Tell

Ms. Emily pointed at the board. For this weeks assignment, you have to bring something to school. Either it's your favorite thing, or something cool you want to show!"   

Poppy didn't think of one thing she wanted to bring. During dinner time, her parents asked her what was wrong. "Honey? You seem upset." Poppy looked up at them, and nodded. "Oh my goodness!" Cried Poppy's mom. "Hurry! Quick! Read this!!!" Poppy's mom handed her a piece of paper. When Poppy tried to read it, everything was blurry! Soon the whole world became blurry to her!   

Poppy's parents took her to she the Current Coral Crystal Clear Center. The doctor made Poppy do 1,000 things. When he was all done, they found out that Poppy needed glasses!
