I was riding a bus to go to a campsite for a field trip. There were 26 people on the bus, including my teacher. Then out of nowhere I saw my life flash right before my eyes. I could not believe that a huge boulder hit the bus! The front got demolished and the middle got flown into the river but the back were me and my friend Bob we had gotten torn off the middle while it was going in the river. I was scared to death, my heart must be beating 150 beats per minute. All I had was a hatchet, a tent, water, sleeping bags and a match.

I was on a bus, traveling to a campsite for a field trip. There were 31 people on the bus, including my teacher. The weather was pleasant; it was a beautiful summer day, and we could hear birds chirping. The best part was the summer breeze that refreshed us throughout the journey.

Suddenly, I saw my entire life pass before my eyes. It was hard to believe that a massive boulder had hit our bus! The front of the bus was destroyed and the middle section had been flung into the river. My friend Bob and I were at the back of the bus and separated from the others as the middle section plunged into the water. I was terrified. My heart felt like it was being squeezed, causing it to beat at 150 BPM due to my fear.
We were in the middle of nowhere with only a hatchet, a tent, water, sleeping bags, and a match. After finding a decent spot, we set up the orange and cozy tent just before dawn. I was starving in the morning, so I made the chili I had packed in my backpack for the campsite.
then we cut a tree down and used our axes to make a fire. Later, we discovered that Bob had a compass, but it was broken, and we couldn't fix it. So, we decided to prepare for the night.
