     September 3 1720

Introduction 

Crash Bang! The thunder went as the waves rocked the ship violently back and forth. The rain was falling hard and the lightning was so close it was bone chilling. The ship was an old but sturdy one and so were the people on it. The island was close but almost not worth it.

“Captain shall we turn back, out of the storm” yelled one of the men on the crew.

“We promised to the queen we wouldn't return till the chest is buried safely on the island. What this chest is containing is very dangerous, it is not to be messed with, now keep moving on” the captain yelled back. 

 “But captain the ship can’t take anymore and neither can the crew” yelled another man on the crew Just before the captain spoke lightning struck the boat sinking them to the bottom of the ocean, along with the chest. 

    When the ship never returned back to the kingdom the queen servants were preparing to send ships after the crew and chest but the queen said

"leave them their just evil pirates and for the chest it is probably lost at sea bared and to never be found."

               Chapter 1

290 years later. The water was calm, the sky was blue and the sun was shining the perfect day for scuba diving so tow scuba diving suited up and jumped in. Few minutes into their diving they saw something they moved closer and realized it was a part to a broken ship under all the nails and wood they saw a chest but no key that brung it up the the surface and put it on the boat but as soon as they did that a huge storm started. They barely made it out of the clipping thunder and blinding lightning.

    They took it to a good friend how happened to be an

archaeologist named Nicholas he put on some gloves and started studded the outside of the chest he 

"it was from weather 1720 or 1730 and from a kingdom he also determined that it was from a pirates ship" he said taking to him self

 he knew this because that wear crowns on the chest and pieces of a pirate hook dug deep into the wood chest. Then he opened it with a special tool he looked down and saw a big diamond he was about to reach in to study it when someone called his name he took off the gloves 

    and went when he returned he forgot to put on his gloves he picked up the diamond it blasted him unconscious.

His assistant Damian walked in and when he saw him on the floor he was in so much shock he just stood there for a minute before realizing the danger of the situation. He ran to get the phone stubbing his toe on the way but not noticing due to the adrenaline. When the medics arrived he was rushed to the hospital 

"he was electrocuted and will have to stay in the hospital to run tests and heal" said Dr. Brown His assistant is also his best friend so he was very concerned. Damian was Nicholas friend went in the room to clean up and put the diamondback in the chest but as he was in the office he realized that are no outlets or anything that could have possibly electrocuted him getting confused he to put on gloves and touch the diamond and accidentally cutting himself

 n the pirate hook it blasting him unconscious he too was rushed to the hospital and will have to stay in the hospital to run tests and heal.

    One week later. “Okie dokie and how we you feeling today” asked nurse Lindsey as she handed Nicholas some yogurt

"little light headed to be honest" Nicholas answered.

"How bout you Damian" she asked now handing Damian some yogurt.  Since the accident happened Damien did not say much he just nodded his head and shrug his shoulders but today he spoke

"fine I guess" he whispered

"well you need anything else" nurse Lindsey asked.

"I,m fine" Nicholas answered

"Damian you need anything" nurse Lindsey asked, Damian just shuck his head no.

      As the weeks went by Nicholas tried to get Damian to open up and get back to him old self by bringing back memories and just talking to him but it didn't work

"remember when we took are speed bout to the lake and I fell in" Nicholas said with a little smile trying to cheer up Damian but Damian emotion didn't change. 

"How bout the time we put that dinosaur together but you accidentally knocked down the dinosaur and we had to restart." Nicholas said but Damian just laid in the hospital bed motionless.

On November 10 Nicholas was all the way healed and had to go home but he would still visit his friend Damian every day. One day well Nicholas was visiting he over herd a doctor and a nurse taking

"he has held fiscally but if he hasn't heal mentally and if he doesn't he might never get out" said Dr. Brown in a quiet voice. When Nicholas heard this he was in shock. He thout for a minute and then he sat next to Damian and repeated what Dr. Brown said when Damian heard this he sat up and stared at Nicholas as if he was from a different plant and then after a few short moments he said "what are they taking about i'm fine" when Dr. Brown walked in and saw Damian and Nicholas talking he called nurse Lindsey in and told her to pack up his thing and let him out of the hospital. 

After Damian left

him and Nicholas went to the old cafe thay used to go to all the time then Nicholas surprised Damian by cleaning up the pond that thay loved going fishing at when thay were kids.

Chapter 2

  Damian was acting weird he was mean and Damian is normally a really nice guy trying to help when ever he can but ever sense he got out of the hospital he got meaner and meaner. As Damian's friend, Nicholas was concerned always asked him to go to Dr. Brown but Damian just refused. That night Nicholas went to bed mad putting his glasses on the night stand when out of nowhere and earthquake happen making his glasses land on the floor breaking. Nicholas ran under the door way his anger vanished fear took its place. as that happened the earthquake slowed calming

as that happened the earthquake slowed calming Nicholas and it eventually stopped. Nicholas ran outside to talk to his neighbors but no one was even out on their porches so he decided to ask his neighbors but thay just got mad at him for waking them up and said that their was no earthquakes.

     The next morning Nicholas was vary confused but then came to the conclusion that what happen last night was a dream. He got dressed for work as he drove out the drive way most of his neighbors looked tired and mad at him.

  Nicholas picked up Damian for work Nicholas and Damian were a little early so thay went to breakfast at Ihop. 

" D-Damian I have to tell you secrete" Nicholas said quietly Damian looked annoyed but asked him to continue any way. 

" Some thing happened last night I thought it was a dream in tell I thought about it." 

" Well what happened" Damian asked curiously. Nicholas answered in a quieter voice. 

" Thar was an earthquake but only in my bedroom" Damian don't look confused he looked stunned concerning Nicholas. 

They sat there in silence for a minute before Damian finitely broke the silence. 

"Something like that happened to me, but instead of an earthquake my floor randomly set on fire" Nicholas open his mouth as if he

 was going to say something getting interrupted by the waitress. "You boys all done" she said a sweet voice 

"yes" Damian answered in a frustrated voice. Nicholas paid the check and thay left for work.

    That night Nicholas went to bed and was woken up by a robber Nicholas had no idea what to do so he slowly made his way quietly down the stairs with his guitar griped tightly in the palm of his hand. As he walked in to the kitchen the robber whipped his head looking Nicholas as the robber pointed his gun at Nicholas.

Chapter 3

  Crash! The Building went smashing the cold concrete in to a million pieces. Their lied Nicholas as Damian approached him riding a wave of fire.
