Henry the lion was born in the 

jungle.   All the animals feared 

his ferocious smile and people 

greeted him from a far.   Henry 

knew he was a lion but always 

wondered, what it would be like 

if he could choose what he 

wanted to be.

Henry imagined he 

was a police officer.  

He would stand 

proud and tall.

"It would be exciting to wear a uniform, 

direct traffic, and keep the town safe", 

Henry thought.

But oh how interesting it would be if I 

did save a life...

"My name would be Dr. Henry and I would wear a 

white coat with a stethoscope".

"I can take x-rays 

and listen to heart 

beats".

Oh indeed I 

could be many 

things, a 

firefighter does 

good deeds.   I 

could keep the 

town clean and 

safe.   My 

neighbors would 

be pleased.

I can be a 

waiter.   I 

would serve 

meals 

dressed in 

black and 

white.  

People would 

great me 

with 

kindness.  

That would 

be NICE!

Or maybe it would be nice to be 

a teacher
