Hi, my name is Dax Landis, and I am the author of this book. I am currently a sophomore in college, but this story takes place when I was 11 years old.

This story starts off on our way to Dorney Park. I was headed to Dorney Park with my two brothers and my mom. We were headed to Dorney Park on an overcast Tuesday.
After driving for 30 minutes, we finally made it to Dorney Park. We pulled into the entrance and had to pull to the ticket booth to pay for our parking. Luckily, we had season passes so it was very cheap.
Dorney Park

We hopped out of our car and put on sunscreen since the sun was supposed to come out later. It was also scorching and we did not want to get sunburnt.

We walked in through the entrance arch and gave them our passes. Luckily, we went on a day when the park was empty, so there was no line to get in.

As soon as we walked in, my mom said she wanted to get a quick family photo of all of us. We walked over to the spot where she wanted to take a picture and asked someone to take it.

We walked in and were overwhelmed with what to do. It took us a little bit to decide what we wanted to do first, but we finally decided to go on Hydra.
Let's go on Hydra!
What should we do?
Both of my brothers loved this ride and loved to go on it. I always wanted to go on it but never could since I was not tall enough then.
While my brothers went on Hydra, my mom waited on a bench with me. She didn't like Hyrda and did not want to leave me alone, so she waited with me.

After seeing the ride was almost over, we waited and moved to the exit line. Many people came off jumping and screaming because of how fun it was. I asked my brother, "What did you think of it?" and he said, "That is the best ride at this park!"
After that, we decided to go on Talon. I did not want to go, but my brothers insisted, saying, "This is by far the best ride here," so I went on it. I also didn't want to make my mom sit
out again.
After the ride, we walked over to look at our funny pictures. They were funny, except that I was looking the completely wrong way.
After this, we walked off and started fighting over what ride to take next. We couldn't really decide on one, so we split up, and I went off with my mom.
Next, we decided to go on the ride Revolution, which is very fun but also makes some people sick. This is because it spins and also swings up and down so it is the perfect recipe for getting dizzy.
This ride is very weird because when sitting there are people on the other side that sometimes stare. Staring at the people in front of you helps to not get dizzy sometimes.
When we got off I thought I was gonna throw up. I almost fell over walking off the ride because I was so dizzy. But I just took a little break on the bench and then I started feeling fine again.

I don't feel so good
Just sit down you'll be fine.

What do you all want to eat?
Pizza!
A burger!
We reserved a table and then decided what we wanted to eat. Of course, we all wanted different things, so we had to go to many different food trucks.

There were many options of different trucks to pick from. Many of them have the same foods, but some were better than others, and we had that figured out since we went so often.
Can I get a burger?
Anything else?

We ate and it tasted very good. I was the first one to get my food which was a burger with bacon. I finished first and then chugged my soda and waited for my brothers and mom to finish eating.
