At our school, as part of the "Equality Week" we organized an interactive activity called "Scale of Justice" as a class. Our aim was to raise awareness about equality and justice by ensuring that everyone could express their feelings and experiences equally. Through this activity, we remembered that everyone's feelings and experiences are equally valuable.

Justice is one of the key terms especially in today based on various threats among teenagers which will lead to generation gap. We, as the teachers and students of Tarsus Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi celebrated our motivation in seeking for justice at school level via some brainstorming and discussion sessions.

To foster equality in our school, we must create a classroom atmosphere where every individual is valued fairly. A positive classroom environment is built on the foundation of everyone's voice being heard, and differences being accepted and supported. Together, with respect and understanding, we can build an equal future in the light of justice.

We are well aware that both we as the techers and our students must pay enough attention to individual differences. People can be born with some pyhsical or psychological differences as well as some other related to socio-economic variables. Noone can be blamed of being different in a society; however, we can help these with disadvantages to fulfill their social duties.
Abdullah Hasan.Aslı
Individual differences are a magnificent mosaic that enhances the diversity and richness of life, reminding us that each of us is unique and valuable.

Nergiz.Remzi
Individual differences play a pivotal role in shaping students' learning experiences and outcomes. Each student possesses a unique set of characteristics, including learning styles, abilities, interests, and cultural backgrounds. We pay attention to almost all individual differences at our school with our motto "noone is same but we all are unique!"

In a small school, each student had pencil cases in different colors. One day, Elif gave her own pencil case to Ali, who didn't want to borrow one. Later, when Elif's case went missing, Ali lent his own to Elif with a note inside saying, "My case may look unusual, but the pencil inside is always here for you."

During a summer vacation, we went on a nature hike with my family. The sounds of birds, the wind, and the sight of trees in the forest enchanted us. Along the way, we saw many plants and animals. This experience helped me see that everything in nature is a part of a whole and they live together in harmony. This way, I understood nature more deeply.

In a forest, a wise owl, cheerful squirrel, hardworking ant, and brave rabbit lived. One day, a fire broke out. The owl made a plan.
The squirrel spread the news, the ant redirected water, the rabbit brought help, and the owl guided them. Together, they put out the fire and saved the forest. The forest inhabitants realized the importance of individual differences and teamwork.

In Central Africa, I participated in humanitarian work. Despite the community's challenging conditions, their spirit of solidarity and mutual support was inspiring. The hope in a child's eyes reminded me of the true power of humanitarian aid. This experience provided an opportunity to experience the fundamental values of humanity and showed how a small gesture can make a big difference.

Our primary goal is to collect essential data from these projects to set up an initiative at our school which will be called "School FairPlay" in which building a fair enviroment for all will be the first goal.

In a forest, a young goat dreamed of climbing to the summit of a high mountain. Other animals tried to discourage him, saying the summit was too high and unreachable.
However, the young goat was determined. One morning, he set out on his journey. Despite facing difficulties, he did not give up. Eventually, he reached the summit and looked down at the forest below with joy. The other animals, inspired by his determination, decided to move forward towards their own dreams.

Yağmur Sultan.Nagihan
Motivation is the driving force that pushes us toward our goals, even in the face of challenges.

Eylül.Remzi
Many of us are aware that the worries, doubts and reservations in our own mind are more often than not the greatest obstacles to the fulfilling life we so much desire. It seems that our thoughts are not truly free – with many of them stemming from an emotional and subconscious level that can fix our attention and pull us down

Classroom climate refers to the atmosphere of a classroom including the social, emotional, and physical aspects of a learning space. The moods, attitudes, and tone of instructor-student and student-student interactions in a classroom culminates in the overall classroom climate.
Nisanur.İlknur
A positive classroom climate is not just about the physical environment; it's about creating a sense of community where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to take risks in their learning journey

Deniz.Rengin

Climate regulates the circulation and construction of knowledge. For instance, in an inclusive climate all students are more likely to volunteer different perspectives and thus enrich discussions; conversely, if some students or groups feel that their contributions are not as valued as those of others, they will withdraw from the conversation.

In the Class of Justice, everyone showed respect to each other. One day, Ali, a student in a wheelchair, joined the class. The students immediately helped him and they spent beautiful time together. One day, an argument broke out but their teacher intervened immediately and said, "Everyone is equal here, you must respect each other." The students listened and made peace, making the Class of Justice even stronger.
