It is a very exciting day for Miko Makedee. Her parents are coming home with her new little brother or sister. She was going to be a big sister! Miko was so excited!

She really wanted a little brother!

Soon, there was a knock at the door. Miko's grandmother went to answer the door. Miko stood there curious as grandma talked and smiled as she grabbed some other suitcases. Miko was excited. (Yes!) she thought. (I'm getting a new brother!)

Miko followed her mom as she unpacked.

"Mommy! Was the baby a boy or girl?" Miko asked jumping on her parents bed.

"You'll see," said her mother.

Miko was so confused but hoped for a baby boy.

Miko sat on the couch as mom handed her a baby. Miko's smile faded as she realized.

"Mommy, It's not a boy," she said.

"It's not?" said Mom.

"Oh wait, there's something else!" her dad said smiling.

With that, dad handed Miko another baby....  a brother!

"Yayyyyyy!" Miko exclaimed with joy. "This is the best day ever! "I have twin siblings! A brother and a sister!"

Miko could hardly contain her excitement and leaped with joy.

"They are so cute!" she said.
