Hi everybody!
My name is Tuan
I'm from Vinh Phuc, Vietnam

I am a teacher at..
I am married
and have 2 children

My wife is also a teacher.
She teaches English at
a secondary school.

This is my son.
He is 10 years old
and is at grade five
at a local primary school
He is very active

My daughter is 6.
She is very nice and bright

I love them much
We are a happy family.

My school was established in 1972.
It is a public school
There are 80 teachers and 1020 students
in my school

That is something about my
family, and this is my story - one
of my most memorable experiences

It was one morning day in 2001,
when I was in class teaching
my students

All the students were attentively
paying attention to me, suddenly
a boy sitting at the corner
laughed so loudly that I had to stop
and came to his seat....

I lowered my voice, asked him politely:
"What's the matter with you?"
"Why are you laughing?"
but he said nothing.
I only smiled and reminded him
to pay attention then I continued
my lesson, but after a while.....

...the boy laughed again, much more
loudly this time. All the class and I
had to stop to look at him
curiously.

I felt a bit annoyed this time. I walked to
his seat, asked him to stand up and to say
the reason why he laughed and if there
was anything funny or interesting but he
still said nothing. I asked him for the
second time, the third time and the fourth
time but I got no response.....

Do you know what happened next?I totally lost my control and
I really got angry that time,
I was never so angry like that before.
I took a ruler on the front desk, hit him
on his fingers and shouted angrily at him:
"Come out of the class and ask your
parents to come and see me,
or else don't go to class again!"
