It was a bustling normal day in Autumn brook. But something was going to drop a pebble in the silent lake soon to disturb them.

    On the other side of the town, in the chemical lab, there was a hullabaloo going on. Someone had lost an important paper that had crucial info on it. Well so the boss was screaming on his employees when, he knocked down one of the chemicals!

    Yeah, as you expected for a Radioactive substance to be released, it was the beginning of an apocalypse! Not any apocalypse, but a Zombie apocalypse! The town of Autumn brook was terrified. Might it be their doom? Or will someone do something and save them?

    The town hoarded with zombies, which were actually the chemists and the people who were near the lab. The police took quick action, even before knowing what the zombies were trying to do by keeping a barrier between the city and the monsters.

50 Years Later

    "Bye Mom! See you today after school!" I said. Hi I'm Alessia. Today's the first day of high school! Can't wait! The thing I'm most excited of is that my high school is right near the town where zombies live! 

I can get to see them from the window!

    You might think I'm weird, I am. I totally love zombies. I just wanna meet one of them and ask them how they live really apart from the stories told to me. And first day of high school was pretty amazing.

    After school, I went to the gate. I was scared, but I knocked the door. I checked around whether anyone was there. Then when I turned around I saw a zombie! I stopped breathing. But I didn't dare to run. I had a feeling deep down that he won't hurt me.

    To my horror, the zombie said, "Hello human don't be scared I'd eat your brain, what's your name? I've always wanted to talk with a human but I never got a chance to do so." I was speechless because, I was talking to a zombie! It was the first thing in my bucket list! 

    I took away the look I has on my face and said, "Hey Mr. zombie, my name is Alessia. And....and...." I stopped. My heart was beating fast, really fast. What if it ate my brain? The zombie said," Firstly Alessia, I'm not Mr. I am just 16. And please don't stammer, I'll not harm you." 

    I said, "Great! I'm 15. And sorry for the mister. I blabber when I'm scared and nervous. And I also wanted to ask, HOW DO YOU LIVE?, YOU DON'T EAT BRAINS?, YOU DON'T KILL ANYONE?, YOU'RE SWEET?...." I was mixing up the questions I wanted to ask from my note.

    He laughed. I was thinking whether he was crazy or I was. He said, " I will explain everything to you. And my name is Alex. Do you have time? I need to ask you human questions like you have to ask zombie questions to me." I didn't have any choice and I said, "Okay".

    Then he took me inside the gate. Yay! I can tick off 2 things from my bucket list now. I was excited as well as scared. Today I'll know many things about this separated town that everyone has misunderstood. Alex interrupted my thoughts by asking, "Do you like ice-cream?"

    Of course I love ice-cream! We headed to a dessert shop to talk. I saw around. It was just as neat as Autumn brooke! The stories I had heard was that a zombie town would be worse than a garbage bin. But it was all false.

    We came to a nearby ice cream shop. When I said I'll pay he said, "We needn't pay. It's my sister Vyuvae's shop." When his sister saw me, she was angry. She said, "Brother! Why did you bring an assasin to our place?" It took a while for Alex to explain to Vyuvae.
