BIG SISTER!!!

I didn't know this until March. The baby was due to come on August 18. I was absolutely shocked when I heard the news! I was going to get a baby brother!

But back in March, August was a very, VERY long time away. However, Daddy made early preparations. He set up a white crib and painted the empty room a beautiful, light aqua color. I helped him and was proud of my work.

As we got closer and closer to the big day, I noticed Mommy was very anxious. She was afraid to do a lot of things. I wanted to make her feel better, and I didn't want her to stress out or worry anymore. I made her a banana smoothie and brought her books.
