BEGINNING

Characters: Shadow: young, smart, kind night dragonet, has a big sister named Sunny

Sunny: almost full-grown sun dragon, easygoing, kind, strong, and smart

Parents: a night dragon mother and a sun dragon father

Setting: Cave next to a river in a valley after a volcano eruption during summer

MIDDLE

Problem: The volcano erupts, leaving Shadow and Sunny without their parents and the river

Response: They need to move but struggle to find a place to restock on supplies

Journey: Shadow and Sunny fly to the nearest mountain, facing a rockslide and an ice dragon defending her territory

Solutions:

- They build a bridge over the rockslide

- They negotiate a deal with the ice dragon to pass in exchange for future help

END

Resolution: They discover a thriving valley with freshwater, fish, and other dragons who also escaped the eruption

Shadow and Sunny find caves of their own and start their own families

Moral: Hard work pays off as they build their lives in the new valley

It all started one day Shadow and Sunny were going to gather fish when they saw volcanic water and dead fish they knew what was happening ERUPTION!! They yelled and ran back to their cave to warn their parents but the cave was already filled with lava..

They flew high up into the sky Sunny had to carry Shadow the rest of the way cause he didn't know the rules of flying high yet when it was over there was nothing left except volcanic water ash and bones. Their once thriving valley now a deserted waste land.

There was a rockslide so they made a bridge out of a large rock standing up and walked across before the rock got rolled away.

Then they ran into a ice dragon she was trying to defend her territory and apparently very stubborn. So they made a deal with her if they promise to help her with anything she needs if they see her again and she let them by.
