  Jenny was unique, she had 

something that made her different 

than anyone else. She had her 

birthmark, that one thing that made 

her special in her own way. 

   Jenny didn't like it, she felt it made her look 

too different from the others. She thought that 

everyone would think she was weird and ugly. 

So she was always sad.

It was time to go back to School. Jenny never 

looked forward for this day.

       "Do I have to go?"asked Jenny.

       "Yes kiddo, you have to learn and make 

friends. Remember that you are special and 

that I love you" Said Jenny's mom.

        "I love you too mommy" Jenny said. 

Jenny got on the bus and went to school. 

Jenny was so shy. When she got to class all of 

her classmates stared at her. Somebody even 

said "eww look at her face!" She wanted to 

cry, she knew she didn't fit in. There was this 

one boy who smiled at her, but she was too 

hurt to notice.
