The neon lights of Singapore's Marina Bay skyline shimmered against the water as dusk settled in. The city, with its futuristic architecture and bustling streets, felt alive with energy. Among the towering skyscrapers and the vibrant lights, a massive figure trudged through the streets—a red and white Anchiceratops known as Mecca Huggins.
Mecca, with his powerful frill and robust horns, wasn’t just a prehistoric relic. He was a modern-day warrior, a member of the Fanum Thieves, and today he was on a mission. His opponent was no ordinary foe. Somewhere in the heart of Singapore lurked Ervil LeBaron, a ruthless Gresslyosaurus and one of the most dangerous enemies of the Fanum Thieves. Ervil had come to Singapore with one purpose: to destroy. Known for his towering stature and brutal strength, the Gresslyosaurus was notorious for leaving chaos in his wake. He had already wreaked havoc on several districts, smashing through buildings, scattering civilians, and toppling whatever stood in his way.
"Not today," Mecca muttered, his large feet pounding the pavement as he charged toward the city's center.
The streets emptied as people fled, knowing a battle was imminent. Above them, the towering Ferris wheel known as the Singapore Flyer loomed, casting long shadows across the city. Mecca could feel the tension in the air, his frill vibrating with a deep sense of anticipation. He knew that Ervil was near.
And then, he saw him. Towering over the street like a dark shadow, Ervil LeBaron stood in the middle of the financial district, his thick tail smashing a parked car as if it were nothing. His yellow eyes gleamed in the fading light, and his teeth—sharp and menacing—glinted as he grinned.
"So, the Fanum Thieves sent you," Ervil growled, his voice dripping with menace. "I was hoping for more of a challenge."
Mecca snorted, pawing at the ground. "You'll get more than you bargained for, LeBaron."
Without another word, the two prehistoric titans lunged at each other.
Mecca led with his horns, charging full force at Ervil. The ground shook as the massive Anchiceratops rammed into the Gresslyosaurus, but Ervil was quick. He sidestepped, avoiding the full brunt of the charge, and swung his tail around with brutal force. It collided with Mecca's side, sending the ceratopsian crashing into a row of cars.
But Mecca wasn’t easily beaten. He rolled to his feet, shaking off the impact, and narrowed his eyes. Using his powerful legs, he leaped forward again, this time slashing at Ervil's side with his horns. The sharp bone grazed the Gresslyosaurus’ scales, drawing a trickle of blood.
Ervil roared in fury, lashing out with his jaws, but Mecca ducked just in time, pivoting on his massive legs to face his opponent head-on once more. The two circled each other like predators locked in an ancient dance, both waiting for the right moment to strike.
Suddenly, Ervil lunged, jaws open wide, aiming for Mecca's neck. But the agile Anchiceratops anticipated the move. With a swift motion, Mecca lowered his head, his frill absorbing the blow, and in one fluid motion, he spun, delivering a powerful tail whip to Ervil's side.
The force sent Ervil stumbling backward, his massive body crashing into a nearby building, causing windows to shatter and debris to rain down onto the street.
"You think you can defeat me?!" Ervil snarled, struggling to his feet.
Mecca stood firm, his breath heavy but his resolve unshaken. "I don’t think—I know."
With that, Mecca charged one last time, but this time, he didn’t aim for Ervil’s body. Instead, he targeted the weak point in the Gresslyosaurus’ attack—his legs.
With a mighty thrust, Mecca slammed his horns into Ervil's left knee, causing the massive predator to let out a thunderous roar of pain. Ervil toppled, crashing to the ground with an earth-shattering thud.
Panting, Mecca stood over his fallen foe. "You're done, LeBaron. Leave Singapore, or next time, I won’t hold back."
Ervil groaned, his massive frame struggling to rise. But he knew he was beaten. The fight had drained him, and his leg throbbed in pain.
"You... you win this round," Ervil spat, eyes narrowing in anger. "But I’ll be back."
With that, the Gresslyosaurus limped away, disappearing into the shadows of the city.
Mecca watched him go, his muscles still tense, ready for another attack. But as the sounds of destruction faded and the city began to settle, he allowed himself to relax.
