Once upon a time, in a small town in Colombia, there was a boy named Juanito. He lived with his grandmother in a little house by the river, surrounded by fruit trees.
Among those trees, Juanito’s favorite was a big mango tree that always produced the sweetest fruits in town.
One day, while Juanito was resting under the tree, his grandmother said:
—Juanito, you’ve always dreamed of helping others, haven’t you? This mango tree might be the key to fulfilling your dream.
How, Grandma? —asked Juanito, curious.
-If you sold these mangoes at the market, you could make some money, and with that, do great things. But selling them isn’t enough. You need to find a special way to do it —said his grandmother with a smile.
Juanito thought about it. He wanted to do more than just sell mangoes; he wanted them to be unique, like a treasure everyone would want.
The next day, with the help of his best friend Andrés, he decided to make mango ice creams. But not just any ice cream, mango ice creams with his grandmother’s special touch!
After making their ice creams, Juanito and Andrés went to the market. At first, people weren’t very interested. But Juanito didn’t give up. He thought of something else. They put up signs, offered free samples, and told the story of how these ice creams were made with magical mangoes from his special tree. Little by little, people began to try them, and soon, the ice creams became the most popular in town.
