To my family for inspiring this book

Shelly is a sheep that lives on a farm, just like all sheep. But the farm is boring for Shelly and she wants to escape from the farm.
So she does. She leaves the farm and walks. After walking for a long time, she found the perfect forest to call home.

Shelly found a river and followed it to get to the middle of the forest. There she saw a very big tree, which was a house for the king of the animals.
Shelly decided to explore the forest some more before meeting the animals that lived there.

She walked around a lot until she found a beaver.
“Hi beaver, I’m Shelly,” she said. The beaver said her name was Bella. Shelly told Bella that she lives here now.
“That’s amazing! Follow me, we can meet the other animals,” Bella said and walked back to the tree. Shelly followed her and when they were there, they saw all kinds of animals.

Bella took Shelly to the very top of the tree to meet the king of the forest, King Leo. They went inside of Leo’s room.
“Hello, Ms. Bella. Why is there a sheep with you?” he asked. “She lives here now!” said Bella. King Leo laughed. “A sheep cannot live here. This place isn’t safe for a sheep.”
Shelly got sad and she and Bella left. “Let’s build you a house, Shelly!” Bella said and they started to build.
