With special dedication to God alone.

It had been a tragic year for Jeremy. Unfortunately, his situation at school wasn't the best. He was almost always getting bullied by other... "undesirables", as he put it. Though it didn't really make him feel miserable or depressed. Rather, angry. Wrathful. But no matter how much the principal and his parents tried, they couldn't get Jeremy to stop beating his bullies to unconsciousness. Oh, he was a special kid, alright. Not in a good way.

He was deemed "special" up until about the middle of last November, when his father fell ill. He was hospitalized due to cancer. He didn't speak to anyone, not even his own mother. However, he visited his father everyday, and spoke with him for hours on end, despite their... not so amazing past consisting of but not limited to: yelling and scolding. He didn't have the best relationship with his parents, but he didn't wish to see them die.

Jeremy was, for once, afraid. The doctors said his father wouldn't get to live up until next year, and they couldn't let him go either. He thought about spending Christmas and New Year's Eve in the hospital, with him, since there wasn't much time left until then. He thought about bringing his mother too, but he knew she would say "No, it's better to let him rest.". "No... I want to see him! Seeing us would be enough to make him feel rested!" Jeremy thought to himself, as he walked outside.
