   Bobby has been waiting for quite a while 

until he could go trick-or-treating, and he is 

rather relieved that he gets the chance now. 

He is glad that he still gets to have Christmas, 

though. That fun lasts him all year.

   In his first special year of really doing the 

point of Halloween-collecting candy-Bobby is 

going to dress up as Hansel.

   Bobby's friend Avery from toddlers is going 

to trick-or-treat with him. She is going to dress 

up as Gretel.

   Right away, Bobby loved it. He was a good 

boy and knew he shouldn't eat too much, but 

the temptation was almost too much for him.

Avery, or, "Gretel", was having almost as 

much fun. Their favorite parts were when they 

would tell jokes to the people, and the people 

would give them candy.*

*In the town of Saint Louis, people tell jokes 

before they receive their Halloween candy.

   After a long night of fun, Bobby was ready to 

go home. He ate some candy, and then went 

to bed. As he was tucked in by his parents, he 

couldn't wait until next year, where he would 

understand it even more.
