One day at QISS, the Kindergarten and
Pre-K students were so good, that they
were going to get a special treat!
They were SO excited to eat their lollipops
and cookies, BUT...

Then a monster came into the classroom
yelling, "Me, me, me!" He took the treats
and put them in his bag.

Then he ran out of the room. Their teacher, Mrs.
Angie, ran after him, but she was wearing high
heels so she couldn't quite catch him.

When Mr. Trent returned, he was so
surprised, He had no idea what happened.

Even though she couldn't catch him, Mrs. Angie
found some clues that the Me Monster had
dropped.

The first thing that the Me Monster had
dropped was a list. The first thing on the
list was our Kindergarten treats and it had
already been crossed out!
Next on the list was...

Last, ALL the
rest of Earth's
natural
resources!
The second clue that he
left was a map of our
Solar System. Six
planets had been
crossed out and one
had been circled- it was
our Earth!

They couldn't let him get away with this!
They wanted to catch him but they didn't
know where he went. The heroes decided
to make WANTED posters to warn their
friends at QISS and to try to find the Me
Monster. When they finished the posters,
they taped them up around the school.

They were
hoping that
somebody would
see him.

When they came back to their classroom, they
saw a stick stabbed into one of their posters. So
they took it out and brought it into their
classroom to see what it was.

When they unwrapped the stick, they found a note
and some pictures, all signed by the Me Monster.
The note began, "Dear Super Zeroes..."

The pictures showed animals dying, covered in
oil and being killed for their skins. They saw
conflict and bombs, trees being cut down and
lots of pollution in the water and air.

When they saw them, they felt sad and angry.
They decided that it was their responsibility to help
fix things.

The Me Monster had left so much destruction
in his path! First, he destroyed the rain forests
of Brazil. Then he took all the clean water and
polluted the rest. If that wasn't enough, he
started major conflicts in the Middle East over
oil.
The super heroes knew that they would have
to split up in order to help all the people that
the Me Monster had affected.

The first group, Crystal Mau, Fantastic Ellie,
and King Mac took their tools and headed out
to replant the forests.
These mighty three will save the trees!

These three super heroes worked
together until the trees started to re-
grow and the people and the animals of
the rain forest had their homes back.
They were so grateful!

The next group can be mean, to make sure the
water is clean!

Jason Supreme, Ninja Carson and Super Ron
made a plan to get the pollution and oil out of
the water.
Jason Supreme
started by using his
snow hammer to
freeze the pollution.

Ninja Carson was next. He threw his ninja
stars to cut out the frozen pollution from the
water.

Super Ron finished the job by
using his super net to scoop all
the pollution out of the water and
get rid of it for good!

Super Kiki, Super Evie, Amazing Matty and
Super Egbert made a plan to stop the wars
that people were fighting over oil and coal.
They used their tools to help.
The Following four would stop the wars!

Super Kiki and Super Egbert used their tools to
reflect the sun to capture its energy.

Super Evie helped by
creating wind power with
her staff.
Amazing Matty used his super
drill to dig for oil and other
important minerals in the
ground.

Thanks to these super heroes and all the clean
energy they created, the conflicts in the Middle
East stopped!

When the Super Heroes finished fixing the Me
Monster's messes, they realized that they
would have to make a plan to lure him back to
Earth so that they could capture him once and
for all.

The plan was complicated, but they thought it
would work. They would host a Horticulture
Convention here in Qingdao, where anyone
could come and see the biggest, most beautiful
tree ever created, home to many animals and
insects. How could the Me Monster resist such
a treasure?
