Our planet is changing.

It is slowly getting warmer

This, actually, is normal.

But what is not normal is the fast rate at which this is happening.

  Why?

Well, us humans have created many things. 

But some of these things put greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

What are those?

Greenhouse gases trap heat in our sky. But too many and they trap a lot of heat. And even the tiniest change in temperature can disrupt the fragile ecosystems on our planet.

Like what?

An example of this is the polar bear. They live in the north pole, where they rely on the sea ice to find food. But because its getting hotter, the ice is melting, spelling trouble for these majestic creatures
