I woke up to see Flame sitting nearby crying "Flame, what happened?!" I yelled "Cinder got hit-" "WHAT?!" I started to sob I ran so fast into the house then I saw it

"Cinder, no" I looked behind me and saw Flame walking into the room "I'm sorry Maple" I saw Lulu just sleeping and got so mad "LULU HOW CAN YOU SLEEP?!" I yelled she was still sleeping I walked out of the house into the yard and jumped up onto the top of the tree, I have to leave the house I can't live here, not any more, I love you Cinder. I looked at the house I saw Flame walking into the yard "Flame I'm going to leave home." she looked up at me "then I'm going too." I was in shock "b-b-but you can't what will lulu do?" she jumped up onto the tree

"I don't know, why should I?"WHAT! no no calm down "ok well I'm going now" I was starting to walk but I looked behind me and saw Lulu coming out of the house "Maple?" I looked at her "yes?" I hoped to start  walking soon "are you going somewhere?" I started to cry "yes I'm leaving"

"why?" hmm so shy Lulu needs to know why? " just go away"  can me and Flame go now? or do we need to take our beds? or food? will we need to hunt for food? will we have to cross the road? oh no we WILL need to hunt! I don't know how to hunt!" Flame we will need to hunt!" "what no we can't I don't know how to hunt!" "how else can we eat?"

I sighed and started to walk then broke into a run "to freedom!!!!!" I yelled "ya!" she yelled I closed my eyes and "OOF" I yelled but then I saw it "Flame look a piece of prey!" cool! no hunting needed here but hold on who hunted it? is it safe to eat? hmm no we can't eat it "Flame do you want to eat it? I can't eat it I'm going to hunt" "I can't eat it h-hold on Maple!" I saw a bird and jumped on it and killed it "wow!" "ah there you are!" "look at that! I can't wait to eat that! or do I have to hunt for myself?" "well Flame this is a BIG bird so we can both have it but I'm not going to be this lucky all the time so yes you need to know how to hunt but we will eat it this time" hmm can she hunt? she can't kill a FLY so how will we eat?

sobbing I ran out of our cave "MAPLE I'M SORRY HOLD ON MAPLE!" I ran out of camp to the river and fell in "HELP" I yelled all I saw was blue water then I saw a cat who saved me "hi am Red who are you?" "Maple" "are you ok!?" "go away rat!" she hissed at Red "hey don't talk to him that way!" I yelled at her "Red are you ok?" "yes" he ran to camp fast I sighed "I want a mate so be nice" I hissed "fine but not Red, ok I hate him" she hissed back at me "well I like him so take that" I yelled at her "oh my bad I didn't mean to" I said sadly, we walked back to camp in silence. "hey red? are we alone?" I asked but there was no answer "hello? Red, Flame, Cloud, Cool?" I looked at the tree's but it turned to black and I was alone

"ok I'm ok it was just a dream you're ok" I told myself I looked outside "it's dawn!?" I yelled I ran out "hold on I'm coming!" as I ran, Red ran past me "hey!" I yelled out as he looked back at me and winked "hey" he yelled back at me oh I like him so much, but how can I get him to like me? oh Flame will know! I turned back to our cave "Flame? I need help, I like Red only I don't know how to get him to like me can you help?" I asked "sure. you need to kiss him but make it look like you didn't mean to" Flame said "oh but how will I know if he like's me?" I asked "he'll kiss you back" she said "I hope" she wished to the star's..."Red hi!" I yelled "Maple!" he yelled back at me "I have to tell you before you leave... I like you." he

I yelled at him "SHE'S MINE OK BUT I'M GOING TO DIE AS I DON'T WANT TO LIVE" I jumped at him trying to bite his neck "DON'T HURT HER" finally I bit his neck "Flame will be mine" he strained "no she won't" I hissed "you killed him" Red said "I know I'm sorry" I started to leave camp when it started to rain "look's like I'm sleeping in the rain

tonight" I sighed "wait why?" Flame asked "oh my sweet Flame I can't stay I killed Cool, I'm sorry for not staying"

as I walked out I smelled the sweet smell of mouse "oh might as well eat before I go home" I said silently to myself "hey Maple don't go I mean why would you? we have freedom here so why leave?" Red called out "oh Red hi just that I killed Cool so bye!" I called out "aw man the mouse went away" I said sniffing the air. As I walked back to my house I saw a red pelt flash past "Red?" I asked "nope it's Flame, can't have you going home without me" she replied quickly "why so quick?" " be silent Red came I told him not to but he didn't listen" she hissed

Red came? he's so sweet but I killed Cool so why did he come after me? "we need a home but I don't want to rely on humans any more so how about the cave?" I asked "the one dogs lived in?" she asked "no. the one were the horse lived it's a big space" I replied "ok but you go first" Flame wished huh is that red fur on that tree? no that's a cat! huh do I know that cat? yes I do! "Ash! it's me Maple!" I yelled up at her "Maple? why did you leave home? I looked for you!" Ash yelled down to me and Flame "Ash you looked for us?" Flame yelled up "yup now I'm gonna jump down so move unless you want to be jumped on!" she yelled as she jumped down "Flame?! move!" I yelled trying to get her to move but it was to late for that! "no!"

Flame yelled looking up "ow Ash" Flame strained from under Ash's paws "sorry" Ash said sadly "Ash it's not your fault it's Flame's she didn't move when you told her to" I promised her "but Flame I didn't move but I wasn't under the tree, anyway Ash why are you here?" I asked "it's a long story, but long story short I came because Lulu told me you guys left and I was like I have to find them! so I came here to find you and now you're coming home right?" she asked "um no we're not" Flame answered "what? y-y-you have to I need you!" Ash yelled sobbing "well you could come with us...if you want to" Flame said, putting her head down "can I?!" Ash asked happily "sure I don't mind!" I answered "you coming?"

asked Flame. "oh yes!" I answered realizing they were ahead of me. When we got to the cave there was a light trying to stay lit up "look a firefly" Flame called from inside "yes a firefly! I've looked for one for forever!" yelled Ash jumping at it "no Ash there's mud!" I yelled jumping backwards "ew Ash you got the cave muddy!" called Flame, and me I thought "Ash you got me! ugg I'm leaving I'm not meant for anything!" I yelled, running away. I sat on a tree branch sobbing as I heard a sound coming from above me "hi" said the thing "go away Red I'm not in the right head space for this." I told him as he jumped down "how can I get you in the right one?" he asked landing next to me "just stay here?" he asked

again "I guess" I told him lovingly "okay I will" he told me. We sat there for what felt like hours until Flame found me "Maple get down here now!" she ordered me " no I'm going back to the clan!" I yelled at her wait am I just saying that? or do I want to go back?...I think I do... yes I will "what?! but Ash and me what about me? and Ash what will she do?" Flame asked "don't know don't care" I answered looking away "fine go with Red I don't care" she yelled running away "okay run away you'll come back! sooner or later!" I called after her "leave her she's mad, when she cools of she'll see she was wrong ok?" Red asked "I guess so, lets go home" I said sadly 

"ok" Red said looking down, I jumped first which surprised him and I just walked away "you coming?" I asked "yes but... slow down!" he yelled "no thanks!" I called out looking over my shoulder "MAPLE slow down or-" THUD "OW Red I can't do anything right" I yelled as I hit a tree and out came Ash and Flame from the bushes "Flame? Ash? what are you doing?" I asked "I'm so sorry I just wanted to go back with you but I wanted Ash to come but she doesn't want to come but I can't leave her" Flame told me "please let me come back I don't care about Ash anymore" she begged "Flame get over here, you're coming back with me" I told her "FLAME GET OVER HERE OR I'LL KILL YOU MYSELF" Ash yelled

angerly "no you're mad!" Flame yelled getting behind us "then its a fight whoever wins gets Flame" Ash yelled "no please don't do it" said Flame in a tiny voice "you're on, you're gonna lose" said Red "Flame go get back up" I said "ok I will" she said under her breath as she ran away Ash jumped on me as we fought I got so hurt I fell I sat there watching Red and Ash fight when back up came she fought harder. everything faded to black as someone pulled me away from the battle field Flame? is that you? I thought weakly... "where am I? Flame? are you there?" I asked "I'm here Maple, what do you need? water? food?" she asked me "all I need is you and Red. " I told her, and I asked "is he here?" "yes Red she's awake" she called out
