The story presents the three little pigs, who lived with their parents. One day, they decided to leave home to live alone.

On their way, the first piglet got very tired. Just then a man with a cart of hay passed by them. The little pig told his brothers that he would stop there and make a house out of hay, for it is very soft and light.

When they passed a man with a stick cart, the second piglet decided he would also stop and build a log house. The third piglet remained alone, but continued on his way.

The piglet came to a stonemason, who wants good stone for construction. He thought that a stone house is the best option, because it is very resistant.

During the night, the first piglet settled into his cozy bed of hay, but he heard a noise outside. When he looked through the walls of the house, he saw a big bad wolf and he was very afraid. The hungry wolf insisted that the piglet open the door, but the piglet refused. Then the big wolf blew hard over the house and destroyed it. The piglet ran to the second man's house.
