My name is Jacob Holtz, I am a 

student at Mosinee Middle 

school. I like to hang out with 

friends and being in the 

outdoors.

Charlie has Autism.

Charlie doesn't like to be 

center of attention. 

Charlie is very smart.

Charlie is very 

good at drawing.

Charlie has a very good 

memory.

When he goes to school

everybody looks at him.

They look at him 

because he looks 

different.

But Charlie has special

teachers who help him.

Charlie has the same 

classes you have like 

math, science, and 

reading.

But they're special 

classes.

Charlie has few friends,

but Charlie doesn't know 

how to make friends.  

So Charlie walked over 

to one of his classmates,

Tom, and said, "Hi."

Then Tom said,"Hi" 

back.

Then they started   they    

talking about pirates and 

they   became best friends. 

The two friends had 

many adventures but 

Charlies disability made 

it hard to keep up.

Often times he would 

get distracted and slow 

them down.

So to fix that problem 

Charlie went to therapy.
