One day a loaf of bread was born.

It was just like any other loaf of bread except for the top piece. As soon as the loaf was untied he got up and said, "dang it, I am the top piece". He was so sad but he didn't want the other bread slices to see him so he went on a walk.

While he was on a walk he found a forest and decided to stay there for a while. After being in the forest for a day or two he really tried to work up the courage to show himself to the rest of his loaf, but he just couldn't do it, so he stayed there and calmed himself.

Meanwhile back at the loaf every slice of bread was looking for the top slice everywhere, but they just couldn't find it. Then one of them found footprints leading out of the store so he followed them
