Sometimes, when I'm in class or playing with my friends, I have to wait my turn.
Waiting my turn can be so hard! Especially when I really want to go first. But it's important to wait because everyone gets a chance!
When I'm waiting my turn, I can: Be patient, look at the person who is taking their turn, or think about something else to keep me busy, like singing a song in my head or counting.

I can show my friends I'm waiting by standing quietly or sitting down. I don't need to talk while someone else is taking a turn. This helps me stay calm.
When it's my turn, I will be ready! I will feel happy because I waited and gave others a chance, too!
It's okay to feel excited or frustrated while waiting, but I will take a deep breath and remember that my turn will come soon.
Waiting my turn is fair to everyone, and it makes playtime and learning fun for everyone!
