     One morning, the sun was shining brightly and  Adriana excitedly left the house with his school bag. As he walked through the neighborhood, he smelled smoke as he passed by the park.

She immediately ran to her mother and told them that they had to call the fire department.

Seeing Adriana and her friends' panic, they decided to wait near the fire hut until the fire truck arrived and help them when the fire truck arrived.

The fire brigade arrived just in time. They immediately got to work. The firefighters said that Adriana and her friends should wait a little further back. They might be affected by the smoke.

Firefighters began to fight the fire. Soon the flames were out and only smoke was rising from the hut.

Once the smoke had subsided a little more, firefighters were ready to enter the house.

When they entered the house, they could not see the cat because of the smoke and because it was probably scared and hid somewhere.

One of the firefighters who entered the house said he heard a clipped meowing sound coming from behind his chair.

The poor kitten was very affected by the smoke. He looked weak and thirsty. He needed to be taken to a vet immediately.
