This is Emre.He is 12 years old.He was very interested in technology. He loved playing computer games and exploring the internet. One day. His teacher started explaining the concept of digital citizenship.Emre had never heard of digital citizenship before and became very curious about it.

One evening, Emre received a message while playing his favorite game. The message promised free game credits. All he had to do was click on the provided link and share some information. Emre got very excited, but then he remembered his teacher's words: 'Don't trust messages from unknown people. Think twice before sharing personal information.' He decided to ask his father.

His father explained that this was a scam and that using the internet safely is very important. Emre realized that he had narrowly escaped a great danger.

The next day, Emre noticed that his friend Mert was upset at school. Mert had been mocked on social media and received mean comments. Emre immediately remembered his teacher’s warning about cyberbullying. The teacher had said, “If you’re a victim of cyberbullying, tell an adult immediately and block the bully.”

Emre ve Mert öğretmenlerine gittiler, kötü yorumları bildirdiler ve zorbayı engellediler. Kısa süre içinde zorbalık yapan kişi tespit edildi ve hesabı kapatıldı. Mert kendini çok daha iyi hissetti. Emre ise dijital dünyada başkalarına yardım etmenin önemini öğrendi.

The next morning, Emre checked his old passwords on his computer. His first password was very simple: 1234Emre. Following his teacher’s advice, he created a strong password: E!mre_20. Emre felt that his password was much more secure now.
