I quickly got my picaxe out and started mining the dimand as fast as I could! I knew what everyone was thinking. They were thinking we were going to win the contest but I think there are better people out there than us so went even more deeper. At this point we were at deepslate which makes it very hard to see because of how dark it is.

We kept on going and we saw some iron when we were walking and some gold. We were all hoping just aroun a corner we would see dimands but we dident and we all decided that we should try tommorow. Then we came back to the surfuce and I went back to my house and went to bed.

Wednesday

I woke up still thinking about the contest. I ate breakfast without telling my parents about the dimand or the cave or the creeper or any other thing that happend in the night yesterday. I knew we only had four more days left until the contest ends but I think thats good enugh. I got in my dads car and I got to school. My friends were waiting for me. They told me we should go back into the cave and find some more dimands.

I thought we should too but I also did not want to kill myself in that cave. Today my teacher tought us about if you see a spider kill it which was easy to guess because wolfs kill everything. And we al dissected a spider for class. I hate dissecting more than anything because how gross it is opening up a spider. Ew now I don't want to talk about it.

After school, before I came home I told my friends to come to the cave right after we come home. My dad then came to pick me up and when we got home I got my tools ready and started walking twards the cave. When I got there my friends were waiting for me and I think I was ready for them.
