Here are some ideas:

1. Write about a dog who becomes an orphan because he was abandoned on the side of the road after biting his owner's son VERY aggressively ( he has anxiety, so he gets nervous and bites sometimes) and the son was sent to the hospital. But then the dog finds a girl who has always wanted a puppy. The girl takes him in. But when she has a sleepover for her birthday, the dog gets overstimulated and bites her best friend. The dog is abandoned again until the girl secretly decides to keep him. So...the part I don't know is if her mom or dad will catch her.
