Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lulu.

Lulu loved everything - ice cream, dancing in socks, cartoons with talking animals…

But most of all, Lulu LOVED scary comic books.

Like, really scary.

Like "Why-Is-That-Slime-Monster-Smiling-At-Me?" scary.

So, every night, when her mom tucked her in with hugs, a kiss, and a "Goodnight, sweetie!"

Lulu would not sleep.

Nope. Not with those comic book monsters dancing in her brain like they owned the place.

But one night, after finally dozing off (with one eye open), something strange happened.

She woke up…

But it was still…

NIGHT!

And who did she see at the end of her bed?

Her FAVORITE comic book characters!

They smiled with too many teeth and said,

“Come with us, and you’ll see EVERYTHING!”

Lulu, being a brave and slightly silly girl, said,

“Sure! Sounds like a bad idea! LET’S GO!”

So she followed them through a glowing purple tunnel, past flying pizzas and tap-dancing ducks, until -  BONK!

Someone knocked her out with a giant marshmallow which, frankly, was rude.

She woke up in a creaky chair, all chained up.

“Oops, guess I made a mistake”. She thought.

“HELP!” she yelled.

The characters stood around her, grinning like squirrels with secrets.
