"MOM! CAN WE GO NOW I DON'T WANT TO BE 

LATE!" my sister Ellie screamed. It was the day 

of her big dance recital and my older 

sister,Kelsey's, eighth grade formal.

"Okay, okay. Come on everyone lets get this show 

on the road!", my mom said,"Randy, you're driving 

Tea, Ellie, and Kael to Ellie's show, and i'll meet you 

there, after I drive Kelsey."  

We all piled into the car, we were off. Kael and my 

dad sat in the front,all of the boxes full of Ellie's 

dance outfits, shoes, make up, and hair ties, ellie 

and I sat in the back. 

"Hey, hey, hey Tea" Ellie said. I ignored her hoping 

she would find something to do besides bother me. 

The last car trip she got bored I ended up reading 

pigeon books to her. 

"Ttttteeeeeeaaaaaaaa" Ellie aksed again. This 

time I answered with a long 

"wwwwwwhhhhhhhaaaaaaaattt" to mock her 

"Ttttttttteeeeaaaaaa". 

"i'm bored, can you play with me?" she asked. 

I said yes, andwe started to play I Spy. 

"I spy uhhhh...something green." she said as 

she looked out the window. 

"Grass." She gave me a few more and I 

answered them quickly. After a while I got bored 

so we stopped playing and I started listening to 

music on my phone.    

While Ellie looked out the window, my dad 

and older sister Kael started talking about a 

war. "Dad? How many people died in the 

war?" Ellie asked."Uh. I don't know I'll look it 

up." He pulled out his phone and looked it up 

while he was driving.   

"It looks like there were about hgazhsdgdd" he 

started to say, right before we got into a car 

crash with the person driving the opposite way.
