This book is dedicated to my mom for Mother’s Day. She has always been there through the good and bad times. This is how the story begins!!!

Before I was born, my mom decided she wanted to stay home and be able to raise her kids that way. She soon opened her daycare, and then a few years later she went and welcomed her three beautiful daughters into this world. My siblings and I are triplets and were born on June 21. Out of the triplets, I am the youngest one. Her daycare and parents met a lot because she had us on a Tuesday and, the following Monday, she was open again. Ready to take on the world with triplets by her side.
As the years went by, I grew up surrounded by all ages. From babies to toddlers, until kids either moved away or started school. Pretty soon it was my siblings, and I turned to go to school. Our tradition was on the first day of school in the morning of that school year; we would celebrate with pictures in front of the garage. She had us take a group photo and then each one by ourselves. Also, my mom has taught me from a young age that as soon as I got home, I would get my homework done and then play or do whatever I want. After that every day as soon as we came home, she would ask us how our days were. At any time, she was always willing to listen and give advice.
As I got older in elementary school, I started to have more quizzes or tests. She was always more than willing to help study for spelling tests, edit writing papers, and more. Now if I needed help with math, that was my dad’s doing. Every morning on a test day she would always wish me luck. Then as soon as I got home, she would ask about the test. She was and still is always here for me through the ups and downs.
In middle school she helped with projects and ideas, listening to stories being shared. In return, she has always wanted the best for my sisters and me. My mom has encouraged me to work hard, and if I have questions, don’t be afraid to ask my teachers. Along with moments that I will truly cherish, laughter, and happy moments through tears. Meanwhile, my sisters and I were in choir class. My mom and dad would always be seated around the same area. Before the show I would see them, and they both would wave and give the biggest smile. Little things like these stuck with me; at the time, they might have been small, but, in my eyes, they meant the world to me.
My mom is a very protective person, and she will try to help in any way. Let me tell you, if the teacher was not nice, watch out because the Mama Bear came out. She will always put us first, making sure we get everything we need before she gets things for her. Middle school was coming to an end very fast. The last year of middle school was my eighth-grade year. My eighth-grade dance, which was the first one that I attended to. My mom and dad took my sisters and me shopping until we fell in love with our dresses. We got our hair done and new shoes, and we were ready to have a fun time. My mom made it more special by surprising all of us with corsages. When that night came to an end, our parents heard the highlights of the night.
