In the African Savannah, there lived a lion, named Leo. Leo had never roared before. Leo was playing with his friend, Timmy in the grass, when Timmy asked, ''Can you roar?'' 

Leo thought to himself, ''What is a roar?''

Timmy let out a big roar that caught Leo by surprise. Leo thought to himself, ''What if I tried to roar?" Leo began climbing to the top of the mountain.

 After what felt like ages, Leo finally made it to the top. He was a small cub, so it took him longer to climb the mountain than most. He stood up and took a deep breath.  He pulled in some air, opened his mouth wide aaaaand... nothing came out. He walked back down from the mountain with his head hanging low.

'' I just can't do it.'' Leo was sad; he just couldn't roar. He thought he would never be able to roar. "Maybe this time I'll make myself look scary." He thought of  ways to make himself look scarier. This was for sure going to make him be able to roar.

Leo rolled in some mud to make himself look scarier. He thought "This for sure will help me be able to roar!"

Leo then went into a bat cave. He remembered that his friend Timmy thought bats were scary monsters. Leo went in, stood up, took a deep breath, pulled in some air aaaaand.... nothing.
