Somebody at school told me that I should write a kids' story, since I wrote a lot, so I did. This is a story about a young kid who hid her report card from her mother, because she didn't want her mother to see the bad grades that she got.
Age: 9 Grade: 2nd.

Once upon a time there was a girl named Susan. She was sad because the report cards came out and she saw that she made bad grades in English and Math. So when she got home from school she went upstairs to her room and closed the door behind her. She went threw her back pack and pulled her report card out and put it under her bed, so her mother wouldn't find it and see that she made two bad grades in school.
So she opened the door and went downstairs to get a drink of water and her mother said.

Where is your report card?

We don't get them until next week.
So the mom went back to doing the dishes.
So Susan went upstairs to put on her pajamas went in the bathroom and brushed her teeth, combed her hair, and went to her bed. As she was lying there in bed, she was thinking about what she had done earlier, and that she had lied to her mother about her report card. Then she closed her eyes and went to sleep.

The next morning she woke up, got dressed, brushed her teeth, combed her hair, grabbed something to eat and out the door she went waiting on the bus to get to her house. As she was waiting her friend Brenda was coming down the side walk.

"Hello Susan, what's wrong, why are you looking so down?" asked Brenda.
"I hid my report card from my mom and I feel really bad that I did that, I always show my mom my report card," said Susan.

As she was at school she felt really bad about what she did. So they went to the lunch room and ate. When they were done they went back to class and started to do there school work. As the bell rang she grabbed all her stuff and walked home. As she was walking she kept thinking about her mother's reaction when she told her the truth.

As she was at her house she went inside and opened the door.
