One day, a big green crocodile was resting beside the pond taking in some sun. Nearby, a small frog jumped from one water lily to the next, when suddenly she landed on something strange. She discovered she had landed on top of a crocodile's head!

The crocodile did not like to be bothered. 

    "Who dares jump on my head while I rest!" the crocodile yelled. 

    The frog could see how angry the crocodile was. So she tried jumping off. Before she could get away the crocodile opened his mouth and trapped him in between his teeth! He was furious. "Little frog, why did you jump on me!"

    "Please! Don't eat me!" she pleaded . 

    "Surely one day I'll be able to help you if you spare me."

The crocodile found this very amusing and began to die of laughter. 

    "How can you help me? Look at you! You're the size of a pea." he said. "That's so funny, just for that I'll let you go." 

    The crocodile opened his mouth to let the frog go and began laughing. The frog began to hop away where she had came from..

    As the days went by the crocodile began to grow hungry. He set out to find some lunch, swimming along the water, he saw a fish swimming below. As he swam down to catch his meal, he was met with a trap!

    The crocodile realized he was trapped in a net and the more he struggled, the more the net tangled. Scared the owner of this trap would return soon, he began to yell for help.

    The frog heard the crocodile yelling from far away. At first she was too scared to return, she feared the crocodile might eat her if he saw her. Suddenly she remembered her promise she had made to him. She hurried following the sounds of his voice and found him tangled in the net.
